The Slim Front Patching Shelf (FOMS-FPS) is a module for fiber management that provides the function of splicing and patching pigtails and connecting them in a rack environment.

  
The front panel accommodates up to 24 standard or 48 small form factor connectors, allowing patching and cross-connecting without opening the shelf. Different connector types can be mixed in the same shelf.
Two FOSC splicing trays are mounted behind the patch panel in the splice & patch version.
