Splice-Only Sub-assemblies (FIST-SOSA2), the essential building blocks at the heart of Tyco Eelctronics' FIST (Fiber Infrastructure System Technology), allow users to construct a variety of networks and architectures.

Single circuit management allows individual circuits to be managed without disturbing others. Single element and single ribbon management allow fibers to be managed according to their cable construction.

The loop-back facility allows for single circuit uncut looped fiber storage on the tray.
