The Outdoor version of the Next Generation Building Entrance Terminal is a networkdistribution point that protects and distributes central office twisted pairs at the subscribers premises. The terminal cover is opened using a standard 216 tool and is padlockable for additional security. The input of these enclosures offer a wide variety of splicing options (including Stubbed versions) to connect to the network. This BET contains an industry standard 5-pin protection system compatible with either Gas Tube or Solid State protectors (protectors available upon request). On the customer side there are multiple termination offerings to provide easy distribution to the subscribers.
